We suggest that before you commit on a property, you set up an appointment with us to ensure what you want to build, can be built on the property you are considering (This service is FREE). We require a retainer and after discussing your wishes, we start on comprehensive preliminary drawings. We work with you at this level, until you are satisfied. We will then produce complete working drawings for permits and for your builder.
